Acting as a personal trainer for your business, a coach helps set ambitious goals, devises strategies for achievement and provides ongoing support, resulting in accelerated goal attainment.
A coach supports you in staying on your path, fostering motivation, and aiding you in moving towards your long-term goals. By establishing a solid client-coach relationship, I ensure you remain motivated and on-task, working steadily towards your objectives.
Each client signs a commitment contract with their coach, with terms tailored to individual goals and plans. The commitment is a collaborative agreement designed to align with your unique aspirations.
Most coaching sessions are conducted virtually. Before each session, clients complete a coaching session strategy form outlining current challenges and progress since the last call. Sessions, typically around two hours per month, are client-focused, addressing problems, maximizing opportunities, and supporting goal achievement. Coaches offer perspective, set high expectations, provide strategies, and celebrate wins. "Fieldwork" often follows, involving new perspectives or challenges for the client to implement before the next session.
The initial step is scheduling an introductory session. In this session, we gauge compatibility and determine the next steps in our collaborative journey.
